‘Collaborative and participatory processes in local development’ Workshop
The workshop addresses concepts such as participatory design, co-design and ecological and affective urbanism, among others, from theoretical-practical perspectives through different case studies analysis. The goal is to acquire a general knowledge of the different tools and methodologies that exist today.
The workshop explores different methodologies of participatory design; What should we apply, where and why? What is the relationship with public space? Is Participative Design Necessary? What are the differences between Participative Design and Co-Design? These and others will be the questions discussed in the workshop, to generate reflection, debate and above all create a shared knowledge.
The workshop is included in the ‘Specialization Course in Collaborative Territories’ given at the ISCTE Lisbon University Institute in the city of Lisbon, Portugal.
